Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of SIRR. By submitting a profile or purchasing a reading, you agree to them. Read them before you pay, not after.
What SIRR is
SIRR is a computational engine that produces a symbolic reading by running your name and birth data through sixteen tradition-families spanning numerology, name sciences, astrology, and cross-tradition convergence. The output is a written portrait, a hierarchy of structural axes, detected patterns, tensions, evidence tables, and convergence receipts.
If you treat the reading as any of those things and suffer loss, injury, or regret as a result, that's on you. We mean this kindly. We also mean it literally.
What you get
When you purchase a reading, you receive:
- A unified reading delivered via a private link, viewable in your browser (and saveable via your browser’s “save page” or “print” function)
- Access to the reading for at least 30 days from purchase
- One regeneration if you notice the reading computed on bad input — contact us with the order ID and the correction
Pricing and payment
- Price is displayed on the landing page and at checkout
- Payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy, which is the merchant of record
- Applicable taxes are added at checkout based on your location
- The price is one-time per reading. No subscription. No hidden renewal.
Refund policy
Within 7 days of purchase: full refund, no questions, for any reason. Email us at privacy@sirr.app with your order ID.
After 7 days, within 30 days: we consider refund requests case-by-case, typically granting them for technical defects or engine errors, declining them for "I didn't like the reading" — which, while a legitimate feeling, is not a defect of the product.
After 30 days: no refunds. Your reading data has been purged by then and we cannot verify the order details against the record.
Refunds are processed via Lemon Squeezy, back to the original payment method, usually within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
Acceptable use
You agree to:
- Submit your own name and birth data, not someone else's without their informed consent
- Not submit fabricated identities to stress-test, probe, or reverse-engineer the engine
- Not use the reading to harass, analyze, or profile third parties without their knowledge
- Not resell, republish, or commercially redistribute the reading without permission (personal use and personal sharing are fine)
- Not attempt to extract the engine's interpretation logic, training data, or computation code from readings
- Not use automation or scripts to submit bulk readings
Age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use SIRR. Submitting a profile constitutes your affirmation that you are 18 or older. We do not knowingly serve minors. If we discover a minor has submitted a profile, we delete the record and refund the payment.
Intellectual property
Your reading is yours. The text, the interpretations specific to your data, the rendered portrait — you own it. You may quote it, share it, print it, tattoo it. We retain no claim on the content of a reading once it's yours.
The engine is ours. The 238-module computation system, the synthesis logic, the interpretation templates, the orchestration architecture, the visual design, the Arabic editorial voice — these are SIRR's intellectual property. Reverse-engineering, replicating, or creating derivative engines is not permitted.
The underlying traditions are nobody's. Numerology, abjad, astrology, gematria — these are civilizational heritage, not proprietary. Our engine's specific combination of them is proprietary, but the traditions themselves belong to everyone.
Warranties and limitations of liability
SIRR is provided "as is". We do not warrant that:
- The reading will be accurate in any predictive or diagnostic sense — it is symbolic, not empirical
- The reading will be personally meaningful to you — reception of symbolic work is subjective
- The service will be uninterrupted or error-free — we will work in good faith to keep it available
- The reading will compute identically if you re-submit with the same inputs — computation is deterministic, but rendering may evolve
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SIRR's liability to you for any claim arising from this service is limited to the amount you paid for the reading. SIRR is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
Privacy
Your data is handled under our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. The Privacy Policy describes what we collect, what we don't, how long we keep it, and how you can delete it.
Jurisdiction and governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence where consumer protection laws apply. For commercial disputes not resolvable by correspondence, the venue is the seat of SIRR's operations; we will provide the current operating jurisdiction on request.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights under the law of your jurisdiction — GDPR for the EU, PDPL for Saudi Arabia, consumer protection law for others. If any clause here conflicts with your statutory rights, the statutory rights prevail.
Termination
We may refuse service, cancel readings in progress, and refund the payment if we detect:
- Use in violation of the Acceptable Use section
- Attempts to attack, overload, or reverse-engineer the service
- Payment fraud flagged by Lemon Squeezy
- Submission of data belonging to an identifiable third party without their evident consent
Changes to these Terms
If we change these Terms in any way that reduces your rights, increases your obligations, or changes pricing, we will:
- Publish the new version with a new effective date
- Log the change in the version history below
- Give existing customers with active 30-day windows at least 14 days' notice before the new Terms apply to them
Minor editorial or clarity updates do not trigger notification but are logged below.
